UGH!!! WHY?? WHY is it always some blasted @#$*&@#$@ *^@%#&$*!@ ^#$&*@#$ *@&#%@ mosquito ruthlessly doing the stealing?!?!?!?

I've got some on my ankles...AND of course right on my ankle bone..the most impossible place to scratch.

BUT WHY here???? (yes I circled it) Is this some sort of torture to make it look like I've got a wart growing or some infectious disease growing on my hand???

As it turns out, I've got a horrible case of the "can't I just go back to bed for crap sakes?"

Kristi = asleep, beat, broken-down, burned out, collapsing, dead on one’s feet, dog-tired, done for, done in, drained, drooping, droopy, drowsy, empty, exasperated, faint, fed-up, finished, narcoleptic, overtaxed, overworked, petered out, played out, pooped, run-down, sick of, sleepy, spent, tuckered out, worn out..

I loved sidwalk chalk as a child and .......I love it still today!!
Nowadays, they have 3D sidwalk chalk!!

Stinkin' Rain!

So, it’s been raining a lot here in Wyoming, because apparently if you only have only 3 months of warm weather…… why not spoil it with rain…EVERY DAY!!! Seriously, please stop already! Don’t get me wrong, I love the green everywhere and the flowers…it’s beautiful…for that 5 minutes when it doesn’t rain! For those of you that didn’t know…that “sunny moment”..yeah..that’s usually when I’m sitting at my desk..looking out the window. Blah..so unfair!!

BUT as always when the weather man calls for rain, I’m prepared. I don’t leave my house without my cute polka dot umbrella, BUT I rarely use it as the process of getting out an umbrella - trying to open it while you are half in your car and half out, hoping that small moment of “non coverage”, you don’t end up as wet as a drowned rat! OH then it’s not all peaches and cream from there, then you have to maneuver it in whatever door you are entering AND THEN…try to close it without splattering the 8 buckets of water that collected in that 3 second walk. So seriously…sometimes I just brave it and fight the rain! OH and by that I mean…I take off in a mad dash to my destination. AND that sucks too because hey I’m not some track star…NO! I’m sure I don’t look as stupid as I feel, but I totally feel like a bright flashing neon sign turns on announcing “hey look at the stupid girl running!”

So anyway…luck was actually on my side the other day.


WHILE EATING LUNCH………… no end in sight!!!! In fact I think it’s gonna flood!



AFTER I FINISH LUNCH…………(5 minutes later) ahhh….the wet pavement and sunny skies! No struggling with the umbrella or running! Yay!!

Buffy.....

Buffy, Age 19 (1990-2009)

He never slew a vampire, he never hunted rabbits, but he found his way into our home as a super cute cuddly puppy.

From rolling on the lawn and his little paws pouncing as he chased us, running through the sprinklers with him, riding on the mountain trails and the little guy running behind - catching every mud puddle along the way, his fluffy soft white hair - that was almost too much for his little body, his extremely hard to resist big brown eyes, his extra soft tan ears, and the way he felt SO RIGHT cuddled up next to me......dogs really are man's best friend.

After fighting many of those old age ailments, my brave little Buffy passed away this morning...leaving an empty spot in my heart.

I'll miss him......

So...I'm pretty much....AMAZING!

I was talking to my friend Dan today about typing tests. Yes those lovely tests, that make you feel like a complete moron when it comes to typing. I don't know if it's because I'm trying too hard to be awesome or if truly..I'm just THAT bad. Anyway, about a month ago, I found an online test and I averaged 85-90 wpm. Not bad...I improved from my early years of typing! Yay! So I looked up a test today to see where I'm at now......and the proof is below....I'm amazing!!!!
